SPEED & CONTROL: I waited until my son's third birthday to get him this gift, but I think I could've given it to him on his second. I love that there's parental controls that stop it from letting it get too fast. And with two gears, it definitely helps. It also reverses, which is awesome, but take my word for it when I say that level two goes really fast. I didn't know kids' toys were legally allowed to go this fast. When you assemble it, you will have to connect the motor axle and the steering aspect, and it can be a little time-consuming but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Just a little pro-tip: get some cushions underneath you before you put it together both to protect your floor and your knees. The instructions really do help and, thankfully, it's labeled correctly. So it really is great for playtime, for adults and kids haha! The durability is just great, and it has no issues hitting those potholes or tree roots. With four kids, I knew I needed a good quality bike to keep them entertained. And when I say I have a lot of bikes, take my word for it. We have bikes for the tracks, for the road, for the forest, and all different sizes, too! Now when it comes to my younger kids, this electric bike is the best possible one I’ve found so far. My son dove into the box and was ecstatic. He rode it non stop, and then we charged the battery overnight so he could fully use it the next day. Welp. This thing turned on and didn’t stop. Like it wouldn’t shut off, until the battery died. REPLACEMENT PROCESS: I ended up contacting customer service and explained the issue, and she gave me instructions on how to ship it back to the manufacturer so they could send me a new one. And wouldn’t you know it, the new one came and worked just fine! RAZOR COMPARISON: The new one we got was definitely more sturdy than my son's old hoverboard made by Razor. TERRAIN LIMITS: I can’t ride through gravel or grass, but even so, it’s pretty durable and sturdy. BOTTOM LINE: My kids thoroughly enjoy these things, and I like that the learning curve is pretty easy for kids. The worst part is definitely the battery life, and I’d say that the suspension isn’t great for different terrain, and will do better on smooth ground, but it is what it is. ORDER & DELIVERY: Ordering the outdoor Joola, ping-pong table, at first I was a little concerned about the delivery process after reading reviews about poor packaging. However when my outdoor table tennis table arrived, it was in amazing condition. Not only was I given the option of different dates to receive my order, I was even given two multiple time slots. When it finally arrived, the delivery people came on time and brought it inside my house. PACKAGING QUALITY: The packaging was secure and overall super solid. Inside, there was a protective covering on the top of the table. Even the corners had plastic coverings on the edges to keep them safe. SETUP TIPS: Just a couple tips about set up: It's easier if you have two people to do it and make sure that you put a blanket beneath the table with the top side laying on the blanket. I definitely recommend putting the wheels on the legs first using the brackets to secure it in place. After putting in the bolts and nuts you'll need two wrenches to tighten it, but it's not too hard. The wheels pop in effortlessly. After you push both sides of the table together, then you'll attach the net to the bottom side of both of them. NET SETUP: Keep in mind the two sides of the table bump into each other and there's a clamp for the net that connects to both of the sides. I just put them in the skimmer to create the equivalent of a whole piece. INITIAL USE: After I got the package, I immediately used some in the pool. I was very pleased with the process as I found it super easy and effective. PERFORMANCE: Each tab lasts about a week or so, depending on the type of pool you have and like what size it is. Mine is an above ground and I wasn’t sure these would work with it, but man they do such an amazing job. ALGAE CONTROL: This year, I didn’t have to treat the whole thing for algae, which allowed me to avoid all the extra vacuuming and scrubbing. So as far as algae control goes, I'm very happy with this purchase and can confidently recommend it to people with such pool issues.
